I'm really liking the JL! Makes the JK seem dated which I didn't think was possible.. just means they did a great job on the JL.

I agree, I take the doors off a LOT, and the strap was easymode for that. I can already think of how to make my own strap if I were to get a JL one of these days, I think I'd just figure something out and remove the bar.

I’m sure there will be an easy cheap aftermarket “fix” if you want a strap. Straps are cheap.

Years 1-3 of the JL, the vendors will need to pay for all that RND to measure the length of the strap, so it will be like $179.99. Then it will be reasonable. lol

I’m wondering if they updated the parking brake system in the JL. At least making it self-adjusting ...

This popped up on FB... New stickers for the last runs of the JK? I would assume there will be a JL marking as well.

I wasn't sure where to post this pic so I chose this thread. I was watching a video on the new JL off roading and in the vid they have the JL and JK side by side. This photo shows how different they really are.

I fuzzed out the guy in the pic if anyone is wondering.

Not sure if anyone’s post the undercarriage photos. Here’s some I got from a video.

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
