Recent Colorado trip

Was fortunate to be able to get to the San Juans before the end of the summer, and couldnt have had a better experience. Few more days wouldn't have hurt. Some pretty cool history and amazing scenery. One thing I learned, shelf roads are sketchy as hell!! My favorite part of the state. Truly awesome when the colors change. Have to see to believe. Pictures don't do justice. Figure it out and do it.

The weather has been really great the past few weeks here.
Not as crowded as summer.
Great time to visit the area.

I'm headed to Grand Lake Co. for a wedding this Thursday. I doubt it's a scenic but I can't wait to find out! Everything is mountain compared to my Tulsa hills.

Great pics! I think you can spend a month wheelin' the San Juans and not see it all. There's always something new.
