Looking for TJ’s with roof top tents

Hello all, I am a new WAYALIFE member and I’m looking for input and advice. A few buddy’s from work and I go trail riding and camping in Colorado for a week and the rooftop tents they have make me jealous. The ease and simplicity of putting it is very appealing. The issue is I’m not sure how top heavy it would make the short wheel base TJ. I get very ass heavy as it is when loaded up with gear etc for the drive out and back. It’s tempting to go to a JKU but... I love my TJ
Any personal experiences with a TJ and a rooftop tent is greatly appreciated

I've never ran with a RTT on the top of my TJ, but I can tell you I wouldn't want to. It's top heavy as is, can't imagine another 200+ pounds up there.

Also, finding a rack I would trust with that kind of weight up there would be a challenge. Plus, I think they look goofy :crazyeyes:
