Pulsating Vibrations front end 55-65

I need some help trying to track down a vibration in my front end. It is a pulsating vibration that is most prevalent between 55-65. I thought it was my front drive shaft but I pulled the drive shaft and I still feel it very faintly. My driveline seems to just amplify the vibration only.
Things I have done:
-new unit bearings
-brought castor in all the way in on my evo lca's
-retorqued t case flange nut
-retorqued the steering and suspension
-pulled the drive shaft a month ago and retorqued at both ends
-tires balanced rotated at americas tires
-took it in for diagnosis in Orange that was supposedly a drivetrain specialist, but they tried to sell my smitty bilt rear arms and general tires

Could my stock axle shafts be slightly bent? Is half critical vibrations a possibility? I'm just worried there's something wrong with the front diff.

Thanks in advance!!

I have had the same issue ever since I regeared. I took it back but they can't pinpoint where it is coming from. Mine happens around 70MPH and fades out around 80MPH. Its at its worst around 78MPH. It's audible only at this point, meaning i dont feel it in the steering wheel, i only hear it, and it fades in and out.

I was thinking front drive shaft, and as soon as i get $700 im getting a new one, was on the list anyway.

I have asked around and the best guess was a bad gear job. So, you might also be looking at your front gears going out. But im not ASE certified.

Thanks for that info, is vibration a pulsating? Or just steady? ...my vibration has been there for awhile, this summer it has gotten worse. Maybe it was always there and I never noticed it? My biggest fear is that the diff locks up at freeway speed.

Its a pulsing. I have also attempted to balance and rotate the tires twice with no luck. I, in my crazy head, have narrowed it to the drive shaft or the gears. Guess i will know for sure in a couple months, when i get the money for the drive shaft.

But i wanna know what you figure out as well. Do you have a dana 30 front?

I have a rubicon with the stock Dana 44. I'm starting to think I need have someone look at my gears. Keep me updated with your situation, hope it works out!

For me it ended up being my driveshaft swapped it out and all was good, the vibration always started around 50mph through 60mph

I definitely thought I should check the rear shaft, when I pulled the front shaft the vibration went away. But you're right I still need to check the rear as well.

Assuming you are running an aftermarket u-joint style rear, it is possible that your pinion angle is off a bit OR that the shaft might be out of balance. Definitely try pulling the shaft and drive around in front wheel drive and see if that makes a difference.

Picked her up today from evo this morning... it happened to be a bad pinion bearing and she was smooth as silk going to work this morning. I should’ve taken it in a long time ago! Evo did a great job
