TJ Ball Joint Upgrade

I'm needing to replace my upper and lower ball joints. I'm running 35s with a 4in lift. Is it worth the price to put in the heavy duty or stick with factory?

I have a similar set-up to yours. 04 Rubicon,4" lift and 35" Pitbulls. I recently replaced my bad OEM ball joints with Synergy ones. I really like them. A little tight at first, but smoothed out nicely after a short break-in period.

IMO the actual ride isn't better, as it's a TJ, however having the piece of mind that what you have is heavier duty is always nice and well worth the extra cost.

Exactly. This is my first jeep, and when I bought it I told the salesman it rides rough as hell..He said, "It's a short wheelbase jeep, that's what you get". And having good parts on your jeep can definitely set your mind at ease.
