I agree. The price point is perfect for a camping rig, something the grand Cherokee does not have. Not too much smaller and is perfect for two people I think.

Likely no issue, Hopefully the Hurricane Turbo is nice and high up as it has been advertised to be thus far..

Plus trying to wheel delicately while also keeping the turbo spooled up will be a challenge. It sounds really gimmicky to me, but I hope they pull it off though!
this.. I would worry about the lifespan of a 300 plus HP 4 banger

Wow that's incredible. But I wonder how the torque will be.

I wonder though. As a 2.0 they could make it with small cylinders and super thick strong cylinder walls. I think the key is what the CID ends up being to tell how long it can withstand that much boost.

I think its a good option to have, but I would hate to go back to a 4 cylinder.

Truthfully just like the 4 banger in the old YJ, jeep will probably sell a lot of those to the Mall Crawler crowd who will never let their Wrangler see any dirt..

I guess you would then really need to concern yourself with how well it performs when shopping cart crossing....

Did you all see that there isn't a 368 hp 4 cylinder, going in the jeep?

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
