How many miles are you guys getting on a full tank of gas?

I've been getting around 255-260 miles before my fuel light comes on. To me thats terrible and was wondering if you guys are getting around that as well? I have 35 tires, with 4.88 gears, and running a soft top. My cargo is empty most of the time and it's just me in the Jeep most of the time as well. Driving habit is very conservative. I always start off slow from a stop and never over 70mph on my hwy commute. I'm averaging about 15ish miles per gallon.

Im not complaining about MPG but the frequent fill up after 250 miles sucks

Umm that's pretty damn good. You realize you drive a brick right? These things get like 18 stock.

Who buys a Jeep for gas mileage?
It should be more like “ how many miles do you get between repairs or upgrades”

Yup. I'm lucky to get 180 miles out of my tank. 4.10 gears, 35s running at 25-28psi, auto 3.8... heavy 2-door.

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
