Antirock questions??

I recently bought and installed the front antirock sway bar for my tj. As I tightened the bolt on the front the bar seemed to separate. Pictures will explain it better but I was wondering if this is normal or if I should just run a bead down the seam

I don’t run one but I believe that there should be a torque spec for that bolt as well as the other one pictured. I would just double check the instructions

I installed one of my 99TJ when I put the lift on. Mine looks exactly the same as yours. I have been running it for over three years without any problems. I would suggest to periodically check and make sure the bolts are tight and the arms do not wiggle side to side.
