Went for the first time this morning. Enjoy some pics. It was magical. Easily one of the coolest things I've seen in person.

Yeah. I think you can find one for cheaper (like $25k) but for anything cool you're paying a lot more.

Got the chance to go last year. It's an amazing sight seeing them all mashed in there and all take off back to back. Really cool experience.

I was in a ballon about 25 years ago somewhere near Bakersfield...it was a hound & hare event...one ballon (the hare) takes off 1st followed by about 30 balloons lifting off simultaneously 20 minutes later...the hare ballon eventually lands and places a white cross on the ground...all of the hound balloons have a bean bag; the winner is the ballon that drops their bean bag closest to the middle of the cross without touching the ground...it was amazing...the winner placed their bag right on the middle of the cross...

My family & I took a balloon ride over Burgundy several years ago with a great view of the vineyards and countryside...I would highly recommend it to anyone...
