When it come to the most OE like aftermarket products you can get for a Jeep, there are few companies that can deliver the goods the way AEV can. With a clear focus on "overlanding", you can count on them to bring out some of the cleanest build to a place like SEMA and for 2017, they brought out this very nice JK Wrangler camper that they call, the Outpost II.

Not seeing the interior, if I had to live out of a vehicle for the next year in some remote place, this would be my choice!

Curious why they upgraded the rear axle with semi-float and not the front? Seems like a perfect candidate for full float D60s.

It's AEV, so it's going to be pricey...but you get what you pay for...and they stand behind their products...

I too would like to see the interior...I'm going to have to check their website...

I checked their website, nothing yet. But I am sure it is only the best! Like you said, you get what you pay for.

Coolest thing at the show IMO.
First pictures of the drivers side. Notice the hinges on the roofline of the camper. Wonder if it clamshells 180 degrees for a sleeping platform.

Really nice overlander. Makes me think HMMWV Ambulance. Definitely would go for bigger axles.

If the Filson Brute that goes for 100K is any indication, this beast will be pricey, but if I ever win the Powerball, I might just order three to cruise from Prudhoe Bay to Tierra del Fuego with some friends...

Not that this truly fits my lifestyle but it is really cool and would be fun to have where I live, easy to just head into the the mountains and go from lake to lake, and camp. This would be a cool set up

Cool rig! I'd use it for overlanding, even though it's not family friendly. Only one seats row.
Ideally for me it would have been built over the second row even if making the lower cargo portion smaller.
