Not every day that you get to see a clean Jeep J8 - as in, the military Jeep truck that comes complete with leaf springs in the rear and not to be confused with the JK-8 conversion, but then, they aren't exactly made for the U.S. Fortunately, Black Forest had one at the 2017 SEMA show and here it is.

It's a very nice build, my friend built it. It's got the stock 2.8 diesel too with a few mods. Think it was around 550 ft lbs torque on dyno

That one started life as a US market J8 for mining use in Montana. The mine got sold and they sold all their J8s on Ebay. He has several of them hes building.
