Anyone have a flag hitch diy ? I wanna weld on up but need some ideas for it

Hitch tubing, and a bar welded to it. Also seen people take an old hitch take the ball off flip it over and bolt a pole through the hole. Whatever you wanna do. Remember flags don’t like highway speeds.
