I've never done Mottino and would enjoy that. I could also do the Buttes. It looks like I'll probably only be able to do the 20th, possibly the 21st early but can't commit to that yet.

I'll keep those dates open. I'm not too picky on where, but if we could do both CB and Motino that'd be cool.

Cool.. I'm down for both if I can swing it. Thinking about it, there's a trail called Hammer Down at the Buttes I haven't done. We could do that and whatever else at the Buttes the first day and if I'm available the second day do Mottino.

The two trails are only about 1.5 hours apart . I would probably run 1 on 20th .. drive to next spot to camp the wake up in AM and hit next trail .

More like 20-30 minutes between trailheads.

If you're talking about the Buttes and Mottino, it's about 20-30 minutes. At least to where you turn off the road to get to Mottino... Another 20 minutes up the canyon to actually get to Mottino if I remember correctly.

I've got the track files if you need them.

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
