In my 95 Jeep Wrangler their is a very loud thud in the back area somewhere when I either hit a bump or start too fast. I have looked under and don’t see anywhere where their is dirt rubbed off and I can’t see anything. Any ideas will help. I have a lot of problem with my jeep:(

Have someone power brake the jeep while you watch the bushings in the back.

Also check your cargo area to make sure there is no heavy shit moving around.

Follow your exhaust and see if it's come off any of the hangers or is bent in a way that it can make contact with the gas tank skid.

Check to see if the driveshaft, u joint off the tcase specifically, is eating a hole In the body. don’t mean to hijack but I have the same issue as well and I can’t figure it would to save my life

Would a life and tcase drop help solve this issue as well as body mounts?

I would be checking the leaf spring pins and bushings out as well. Heavy acceleration could cause the axle to wrap, as well as hitting bumps would cause the the spring to move up and down on those mounts.
