Do a nationwide search on autotrader. Going to be high miles for that price, but cost may be offset by already having lift and tires etc. Most people lose money selling a lifted vehicle, so sometimes you can do well buying one. Sometimes stock ones cost more because many (me included) want a fresh canvas and a stock one was less likely to have been beaten on. Although that isn't always the case, some were built to look pretty.
