Touch screen issues

My touch screen has been freezing and my Bluetooth is having issues for example to change songs with the button on the back of the steering wheel work but when the screen freezes it won’t work same with the volume.

Is that a common issue or is it broken. ((look at the time in the picture and it’s 5:42 pm and it still says 4:38 pm.))

Have you upgraded the software ? My brother was having similar weird issues several years back on a 430N in a minivan and the dealer updated software to fix it.

My 2010 JKUR touch screen stopped working all together, the face of it also started peeling like it was skin that had got sun burned..... I can only change radio stations by the buttons or by the voice command..... anything I can do? Out of warranty of course by four months which cost me 1,700 for 7 years 100,000 miles and was never used! I know, I know.....the extended warranty purchase was a waste.
