Clip for slave cylinder tip.

Quick question. I'm about to mount up my manual transmission and trying to figure out if I'm missing a clip. The throwout arm had the clip that holds one end on the pivot ball. J11613.jpg is there a clip on the other side that holds the other end onto the tip of the slave cylinder? images.jpeg or does the transmission shaft hold it in the right place.

No. Just has one clip that holds the fork to the pivot ball. The slave cylinder is free.

Well that sounds great to me!
Just realized your in a TJ. I answered based off of my knowledge of JK. Being that TJs also run a NSG370 transmission it is most likely the same.

It's the nv3550 but I can't imagine the principle is different. Since it's switching from auto to manual I'm relearning all the transmission assembly stuff.
