Most people I know use CB's or VHF's.

Get some FRS radios. Walmart or any sporting goods place.

Frs radios are the way to go...I've got a pair of Motorola's that are great to carry around camp when there is no cell reception...

Ok so these are the ones I’ve narrowed it down to...any one better that the other? I would only be using them for fun, like I said camping, off-road and from car to car if the other didn’t have a cb

Midland or Motorola are good, anything under 35.00 is useless, over 65/70$ just wasting money. I have a pair I used camping and in cruise ship(younger kids) that I've had for years.
