Forest find Bronco

So a few weeks ago my club did a snow run to Uncle Tom’s Cabin. On the way, one member said he new of a 1974 Sport Bronco that was in the forest outside Georgetown. Well I found it today and bought it. I’ll be sourcing Brute for sure. It has the original paint but not in good shape, it’s been cut, but I plan on building it to wheel. If anyone knows of Bronco parts and resources, please let me know. Thanks man,
I have always regretted selling my 68, 31 years ago and I think I bought this one right considering the condition. Funny when your not looking...they are getting priced out of my range even for a pile of crap. Should have it running and ready to bring home by Saturday. Stay tuned brother:thumb:

So I was driving in LA yesterday and found this shop with at least 25 Broncos in their yard plus some old Landcruisers. What a gold mine.

Sorry for the late response...OMG that is Bronco Heaven:thumb:. I have spent the past week trying to get this old 74 to run and so far no luck. Did get the engine to turn over with a new solenoid and battery. No spark and now running a temp. Fuel supply and electric pump. Just started snowing, will try again tomorrow.

Sorry it’s tough getting that bronco to come to life...

Done deal

It took a little longer than I thought but finally got it running and drove it on the trailer, power washed and put in its stahl waiting to be revitalized. It sat for ten years in the forest but survived and seems to be pretty solid considering. It has the sport package with dual fuel tanks, rear 9inch 4.56 Trac lock large bearing, front 44 4.56, Dana 20 3.15:1 twin stick, NP435E wide ratio 6:69:1 1st gear, SS trim. The 302 is unknown but does run. Looking for a name on this one. Also came with a old Warn 8274 that need a complete service if anyone has done this please share experience. 2B0CF66A-69EA-41D9-8B82-D9C65FB636B5.jpg B6B0BF33-5BF3-4481-B86A-E047362333AF.jpg
