I have not. I honestly doubt it will make the noise with zero load on the front end, but it's worth a shot. I'm pretty lost at this point and seriously considering rebuilding the transfer case.

Just curious if it's the driveshaft itself. Didn't catch if you're running stock or not, but mine was popping before it blew.

I used to live down there. Not sure if they're still around, but there was a badass drive line/power train shop called Team Ramco. I always had good experiences with them. May be worth having them take a look at it.

JEReel 1350 up front. I can honestly say it doesn't have 15,000 miles on it.

I used performance transmission for my 5.13s. Team Ramco is still around. You have piqued my curiosity though. Not too many people know about my area.

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
