What kind of wheels are those? They appear to be aftermarket but I noticed the little red jeep. Is that a sticker?

Yes it is a decal, w clear coat over it.
Did some customization on these Rugged Ridge XHD’s.
Also placed a Jeep cap emblem on the RR center cap and replaced the (14) SS button head bolts w black SS ones.
The mod actually turned out, pretty spot-on.
