Death wobble from ball joints?

Recently got a used rubicon unlimited. Got death wobble five times on the first trip out. Trac bar seems tight, track bar bushings good etc. Ball joints are somewhat concerning. Vertical movement on the drivers side upper us about 0.080". Would that cause death wobble ?

Yup. Bad ball joints WILL cause death wobble.

I managed to blow my ball joints out wheeling, and the death wobble was atrocious. Check out the dyantrac ball joints. They’re beef!!

Balljoints has been my problem every time. I have Dynatrac Prosteer now.
