I currently run 265/65r70 tires but wanna go up to 33s. The tires Im wanting are 285/65r17 or 295/65r17 but they only offer the 285s and 295s in 70r17.

Will these (70) fit on my current 17" wheels?

The 70 refers to the ratio of the width to height. What you need to know is if the 285 or 295 width will fit your rim/wheel. What size is your rim?

I ran 295/70R17 on factory JK wheels for about 2 years. Now I'm running 315s on the same wheels. They'll fit fine. Here's a couple of threads showing size:

Thanks yall. I pulled the trigger after some good measuring. With the current Rubicon suspension installed clearance should fine. DTD took care of me. Pics to follow soon.
