Heading to utah

Good evening all, we are leaving the 29th of june first stop great basin in Nevada then off to Moab depending on the heat we will stay 1-3 days if too hot for mountain biking we will head out early to wasatch mountains to bike and climb so can anyone recommend some good wheeling in the wasatch/ park city area? Ultimate goal to check out the SLC area feeling the need to leave the bay area, ca so I'm hoping some of you folks from utah may have some good recommendations for wheeling/dispersed camping
