Yaw sensor / Stability Control Module.... -1.1 degrees /sec sitting still

Anyone had experience with the stability control module on transmission tunnel? The 2008 unlimited x kicks in stability control and pulses brakes. Using Innova 5160; no codes and wheel sensors all show on live data. Question is the yaw sensor value is -1.1 degrees/second while sitting still. Since units of measure is a rate of speed and its sitting still; seems it should be zero? Does it need ABS initialization or a new stability control module?

Update: I tried to initialize ABS but it still read -1.1. I wasn't sure if the stability module was bad or not but I suspected it was. I didn't want to drop $180 on a new. Picked up a used at LKQ. Installed, initialized ABS and it now reads 0.0 degrees per second while sitting still. I hope this has fixed the stability craziness. Time will tell.
