What are you guys doing to prevent/get rid of rust on the frame and skid plates? I'm in need of some advice...

I use Rustoleum Rust Reformer and then hit it with Rustoleum “Stops Rust” black paint. Comes in a small can for brush on applications. Prep work and degreasing is key.

I bought a starter kit of POR15 but haven’t tried it yet.

The bane of our existence for anyone that lives in snow area. Every fall I clean the hell out of the under body and use rustoleum to lock it all down for the winter. Going on my 3rd winter and do far so good.

If you have raw aluminum or stainless steel shocks, kings, hit them with a clear sealer. They still have a bit of corrosion but better than nothing.

Every month I get under my Jeep and check everything while I’m under their I have a sand block and a can of paint to hit any rust spots. That’s the only way I can get ahead of it and prevent it from getting worse.
