Does the airbag light go off unplugging the OEM seats?

The airbag light is still on in my rig...I have the Baja XRS seats, heated and with lumbar support. I like them a lot...since I herniated the L5/S1 many years ago, suspension seats make a long day on the trail more bearable for me...

You can wire in a resistor to make it go out. I believe Mopar sells a resistor plug that comes factory on the Jeeps without seat airbags that would also fix the problem.

Caught the Bug
So, on mine I do not have the side air bags and I took the original female end of the seat belt and zip tied it to the bottom of the seat and stuck a spare male piece into it and the seat belt light went off. I will take pictures tonight.
