That is a gorgeous set up. How’d the 3500 hand the trip? Comfort for the 10 hours run?

He's the one doing the work in my Jeep. We kind of knew it would be tight so I told him worry about his SEMA JLs and he told me take the J8. The diesel was definitely a different wheeling experience!

Holy Toledo, that sounds just as awesome! I’ve got to start putting more Jeep cash back (hiding money)

It was torque yes. But I'd still rather have a V8. The one plus side is it was really wet so my lack of wheel speed let it chug up hills whereas all my friends with v8s we're spinning whole way up. And I burned 1/4 tank in 3 days. The brake torquing it to build boost was kinda neat too. Those were pluses.

Sounds like you had a good time down here in MO. That must be a good friend, not just a builder.

Do the speed bumps at the mall count as crawlin?

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
