Being that Cindy and I have run Rancho products on our JL Wrangler and have been quite happy with them, we definitely wanted to make a stop over at their display to see what if anything they had new. And, I can tell you that what they brought out to show was impressive - an all new Crawler 3.5" lift kit that comes complete with heavy duty adjustable control arms, adjustable track bars front and rear and available with their all new long travel RS9000X shocks with DRS. The adjustable track bars really caught my eye but I was really impressed with their beefy control arms that are adjustable installed on your Jeep AND come with re-buildable spherical joints that offer a high degree of angle and rotation AND are maintenance free - as in, they don't need to be greased. They also had a new muffler delete pipe from Dynomax and you can see all this in our upcoming video. Here are some shots of the 3 JL's that they had on display.

I'm not gonna lie, all this GoRhino stuff is really starting to just look silly.

I have always liked Rancho. Hoping this kit settles to closer to a 3” actual lift height and not 4”. Curious if the joints are gonna be comparable to jonny joints.

Are the new 9000xl a 2.5” body shock totake advantage of the room on a JL?

Digging that crawler kit. I already have the sport kit for my new JL after seeing you guys running it. Best bang for the buck.

Thanks Matt! Maybe you or Eddie can answer one more question. The Crawler on a non Rubi is 4.5 inches what, if at all, does it settle down to? I believe this kit offers a tremendous value but, with the wife standing tall at 5' 1", might be a turn off to her! I could always do the 3.5 kit with the adj track bars but I would be left without the adj control arms and the ability to run 37 in the future. Happy 4th of July, gentlemen! Everyone stay safe!

Why do you think you need adjustable control arms to run 37s?

Lots of JLs running them without.

I would run arms or the geo bracket honestly.
And check this out:
3.5 on the green
2" on the silver
both on 37" tire :)
These are Rubicons though..

Correct on not needing adj control arms, I really like the "fine tuning" aspect as well as doing it right the first time. This Jeep will be a work in progress, but I'm starting with the lift and tires, Axel's second and brakes third. This is going to be a long term investment, I tend to keep vehicles for a LONG time😁. My 1997 tacoma, lifted and 35 Duratracs I finally sold last year with 110000 miles, only thing I ever changed was starter, thermostat, brakes, battery and tires...and I beat the hell out of it from Mexico Baja, Arizona rock crawling and deep snow covered trials in Northern Illinois.
