Hell yes we do. My friend that went to Windrock with us just moved out to Nevada a few weeks ago. Now I have a good excuse to go out that way!

If you live in WA isn’t it closer? Also, there is some footage in the Wild Wild West JKX video of Sand Hollow. Looks cool

Sand Hollow is about 50 miles more.

You can get some good trail descriptions by going to the “winter 4x4 jamboree” site and Dixie 4 Wheel drive has a downloadable map of the area. Search you tube for trail videos of trails you are interested in. Happy trails!
Wish someone told me that before I went there with short arms and 35’s then again with short arms and 37’s. And again.

Just watched that again! I didn't notice that's where they went the last time I watched. Awesome looking trails!

Making a trip down to the grand canyon and/or Logandale might be cool as well!

It’s still on my list of places to go. I’ve plenty of great things from friends that have gone there. Plus it’s closer than Moab

When I went to Moab I was part of a small group of 6 rigs. Two Jeeps with tons and 40's. Two Toyota's on 37's. One LJ on 37's and my little TJ Rubicon on 35's and a long arm lift.

I was able to keep up but I had to winch up most of the big stuff. I couldn't keep the front end on the ground.

I decided to build my JKU after that.

Not sure I will be up for the buggy trails I found on the trails list. But if it is doable I will give it a go. I do enjoy the harder trails. Just not interested in spending all day adding dents and removing paint from my new rig.
It’s a lot of fun, much like Moab there are jamborees that are run there if you’d like to go in a group, but there are plenty of trails you could do on your own without worry of getting yourself in trouble. You could also get in touch with the Desert Rats ( Desert Roads And Trails Society) on FB and see if you could hook up with some club members to run some trails together.

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
