Oh, and a video on how a ProRock 44JL is made is coming soon. We still have a bit more filming to do

Thanks for the write up! Most of us want to run the best equipment on our rigs and this kind of comparison provides valuable insight. Looking forward to the up coming video but I have to ask, why not step right up to the XD60 and be one and done so to speak?

For guys that are only going to run 37's the 60 is overkill. Tempting, but overkill.

Damn... that PR44 does offer up some peace of mind when compared to the other 2.... I thought the JL tube would be thicker than that... Crazy.

Seeing those axle tube cross sections really puts it into perspective. Now I'm going to cringe every time I hit a rut or bump.

What Ddays said. As much as we would have loved to go XD60 and run 40's, we've got a Gladiator we need to buy and doing both would have been a bit much for us. Needless to say, for now, we're just planning on sticking with 37's.

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
