Just to be clear, going from 3" to 4" springs doesn't give you more travel. You just ride higher into the same range of travel you already had. Shock length and bump stop determine travel range.

But wouldn't his up travel be greater with taller springs ? due to the taller springs creating more distance between the bump stop and the pad or do i have it all wonky LOL

Yes, but you're just adjusting the difference of up and down, not actually gaining more total travel overall.

Does EVO recommend the same bump stop with both 3” and 4” coils?

I may be wrong, but I think they only do a 3" extension.

    Well there you go. 😎

I know that when I was looking at the Enforcer kits a couple years ago, even the 4" kit came with 3" extensions. Maybe that's changed. 🤔

That was my understanding of how their kit was designed. 👍

About us
“wayoflife” is a moniker that I’ve been using for 20 years now and I chose it because I think it does a great job of explaining, in simple terms, the passion I have for Jeeps and the Jeep way of life. This is a lifestyle that transcends age, gender and race as the only thing you need to be a part of it is a love for the outdoors, a desire to explore, a yearning to take on a challenge and a will to conquer it. Over the years, Cindy and I have attempted to capture the essence of this lifestyle through photographs and videos and share it with others around the world. And, this is how WAYALIFE was born.
