Figured I'd post a few pictures of my CJ.. I don't have a ton of the whole rebuild process, but it's the end result that counts :)

Dad bought it for me for my 16th birthday, paid $600 and drug it outta the field it had been sitting in for over a decade...

I went back and forth on rather to restore it, or build a crawler and am glad I decided to restore it. Just love these old Jeeps.

The day it came home

Anyways.. I could post a million pictures of it but I will refrain... It's all original other than I put a front locker in it, and the interior is line-x.

Great Jeep and story! I love the blue color on the 2. So unique, and classic at the same time.
Its great to see it in it's natural habitat.

Caught the Bug
I really like it! I've been increasingly getting the bug to pick up a 2-A once my CJ-5 is done. They are soooo cool and your's is a fine example of one.
I have been watching several videos of groups of Willys hitting the trail. Amazing what they can do with literally no modification at all.
They seem to climb over things that some mildly built rigs struggle with.

That is an awesome Jeep! Great job restoring it, it’s beautiful! And thank you for sharing the process [emoji106] I’m glad you restored it instead of crawler.
