New to this board. I have a 2.5 inch coil teraflex kit for about the past 2-3 years on my 16 jku. I was recently parked next to a jku with 3 inch lift. He had a bigger gap between his 35s and the bottom of his stock fender, around 2-3 inches over mine and im on 33s! He also had a winch on a factory rock hard bumper. i think thats what its called.
Does anyone know of a reference point i can use say from axle to some point on the frame as to check how much lift i have over stock or a comparable 2.5 inch lift?.
Altho i did add a cheapo chinese bumper and a winch. That jeep just made mine look like total stock. On 33s at the center from the top of my tire to lowest part of my stock fender flares i have about 6 inches. Also my rear passenger sits the lowest by around 3/4 of an inch than the rest of the corners, so that corner is at 5-1/4 inch gap. Im starting to think my springs have sagged over time, perhaps time to step up to a higher lift?
