Exhaust too low to fit the Evo exhaust loop skid after exhaust spacer from lift

So when I picked up the Jeep from the shop they told me that they couldn't make the Evo Exhaust skid work after they put in the spacers from the 3.5 inch lift kit, from the pic you can see that the passenger side is actually sitting a tad below the crossmember. Is this normal for these kind of spacers? I have a 1310 and even with a 1350 I'm not sure if the spacers were needed, just wanted to run it by the forum and figure out if that's the way it is supposed to be and do I just sell the Evo Skid or have the shop remove the spacers or what?

U shouldnt need those spacers if u have aftermarket drive shaft. The spacers are for making more clearance for the factory driveshaft.
