Emergency brake problem?

I just installed the 2.5" Teraflex lift on my 2011 Jeep JK (automatic transmission if that matters) and afterwards the light for the parking brake won't come on. I pull up on the parking brake and everything seems to be fine but no light. I've engaged the brake and put the vehicle in drive and it doesn't move, not even after gently pressing on the gas. Anybody have any ideas?

I wasn't even aware there was a light. I haven't seen my light come on since I could remember. might just be a trade off of lifting a Jeep. I don't really see it as an issue though. Pretty obvious to see when the parking brake is on...

The lift shouldn’t affect the parking brake light. The switch for the parking brake light is on the parking brake lever assembly. Remove the console and ground the wire that connects to the switch, the light should come on.
