The home screen between the gauges is stuck. Every once in a while the top right corner reads 800*.

Also, every now and then the radio will shut down or change from SXM to FM after about a minute being on.

Anyone else experience this?

I think my sister in law was having issues with the radio, that was soon after she got it.. I don’t know if it’s still giving her issues or not

Made an appointment today at the dealership for May 23rd.

The 800* thing came back today. When you go to the screen set up, it doesn't list what it is. Very weird!

Update... the dealership tried to do a software update to no avail. They ordered a new radio. Should be here in 10 days.

Caught the Bug
I hope you get it sorted out quickly. If the radio doesn't remedy the situation, be sure they check out the HVAC control panel that includes the radio control knobs on it.
