To replace throttle position sensor must replace whole throttle body??????

Was told by dealership must replace the whole body at a cost of $250 because I believe the position sensor is getting ready to give out. 2012 with 105k miles. Anybody had to do this???

On my way home from work twice in the last two weeks I’ve lost power at highway speed For about 30 seconds each time and then it came back and no check engine lights
