Hey guys, just need some confirmation from you experts...I believe I just found me a rubi tcase to swap into my 2015 jku 6speed. This is a picture of the ID tag he sent me, it says 4:1 but labeled 241j...says its out of a 2011 rubi. I thought it would be labeled 241OR as i see it referred to in many places...thanks for the help!

Tags can be switched. Have the guy send you a pic of the whole case like these. Top pic is std case, bottom pic is the Rubi case

The tag is correct.

Here’s pics of my Rubicon case after I pulled it from my ‘09 Rubicon that I’ve owned since new.

Thank you guys!! Guy runs a shop and said he rebuilt it too, sold it to me for $900, figured couldnt pass that up

After all my digging i just wanted to confirm with those that have done this kind of swap...i wont need any new linkages or hardware or adapters right?? Just a direct bolt on swap?? Thanks again!

And save yourself a ton of grief - pick up a tranny jack at Harbor Freight. Even if you only use it once it'll make it much easier if you're doing this yourself. Not too difficult of a job but the top bolts are a bitch getting to.
