Sand Hollow trails

Heading to St.George for a funeral this weekend and decided to camp at Sand Hollow rather than get a hotel room. My brother is bringing his Can-Am but it'll just be the 2 of us. Neither of us have been there before. Any suggestions on trails that we can do without getting in too much trouble?

Any of the 5 or less rated trails should be ok.

West Rim and East Rim would be good.
