I broke one of the zerk fittings on my balljoints on my pr60 front axle. 2 questions:

I think they are 8mm zerk fittings, correct?

Are there caps or plugs I can get to put in in between servicing so i dont keep breaking fittings??

Thanks!

Not sure of the size, but I've heard of people putting a flat style zerk in to keep dirt out or from breaking a standard zerk off. I believe some applications actually include both so this can be done.

I’ve always preferred button zerks. They don’t fit every application but they’re much easier to fill.
