You can go as big as you want. Just depends on when you feel it’s necessary. Some people do it with 35’s, other wait till 37’s or 40’s.

Welcome to WAL. The new JLs have been great with larger tires thanks to the 8 speed transmission, but as Cozdude said, it’s completely when you feel it’s necessary/lacking power. Get the tires you want, and if you feel like you need more power, upgrade the gears.
