Life in BC

What do we think “enforcement action” is? To me, it would be worth the ticket. People drive around with illegal tint and all sorts of small vehicle violations all the time. At least here in Tejas, most of these trivial violations aren’t enforced unless another more serious violation has been committed such as speeding.

Law: "In British Columbia all vehicles manufactured with doors....."

Response: "Officer, This vehicle wasn't manufactured in British Columbia. You didn't know that, eh? Have a nice day."

Was in Victoria a month ago enjoying a beer and the bartender asked me how I liked his city. Actually a lot. Maybe not so much today.

Enforcement is a mandatory safety inspection, or pulled plates. As an inspector myself, you don’t want to go there in B.C. factory doors, factory type headlights ( incandescent for 2014) factory width bumpers, factory tint.... and that’s just a start!
