    Warns new VR Evo winch

    They are pretty nice. We just put one on my Dad's Gladiator LE.

    Evo series is Chinese made. Faster than the prior VR generation, but less pulling power.

    I'd rather have the older VR series, personally.

    Warn Evo 8

    Installed one today! Can’t beat the price at $465. Has more girth than the VR 8, shape very similar to Zeon.

    Wires behind the controller do rest against the grill with the Evo 1/4 Pounder. I could see trimming the grill if it bothers. Otherwise, it’s very well made, has the Warn lifetime/7 year warrantee and didn’t break the bank... wireless is a plus!
