Jeep 2007 JK Will not start

For the past 3 weeks, my jeep JKu 2007 been having starting issues. I replaced the TIPM, ECM, new battery and crankshaft position sensor. I replaced the fuel pump relay fuse. When I spray starting fluid it starts for 2 seconds before it dies. Do any of you have any recommendations before I replace the fuel pump? Here is a video of the sound it makes.

Check the ASD relay and fuse. The auto shut down relay circuit kills power to the fuel pump when certain conditions are not met.

Maybe also measure the fuel pressure before dropping the tank to access the fuel pump.

Jeep unable to start

I am getting this sound when trying to start my jeep 2007 jku https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XgSkhH8M-O4&feature=youtu.be
I have replaced the TPIM, ECM from the dealer, check all ground wiring .

I retrieve some codes from it and either replaced or cleaned the items in question.
Codes:
P0123 - Throttle Position Sensor Voltage High
P0108 - Map Sensor Voltage Too High
P0522 - Oil Pressure Sensor Low
P0118 - ECT Sensor Voltage Too High
P2111 - Throttle Actuator Ctrl Sys-Stuck Open

What else can I try? It was at two dealers and they were no help at all.

Thanks for any input
