I went with an El Jefe winch cover for about 20 bucks delivered from Amazon after my neoprene cover died. Works great.

I got one of those after going through two neoprene covers that cracked and faded in the sun. It’s too early to form a conclusive judgment, but I will say that the El Jefe seems well made and more impervious to UV light. Also fairly inexpensive.

I've been using a garbage bag wrapped inside and out with gorilla tape. It's held up well for five years. Wife says it looks trashy LOL
