Wheel hub re-assembly

Anyone ever put a little bit of anti seize around the mating surface before putting it back into the knuckle? Adjustments.jpg

You bet! I have done it with every Jeep I have owned. The next guy will thank you, especially if you happen to be the next guy that goes back in. 😃

Yep. Every time. Much easier the next time you take it off. And there will be a next time.

For sure. They are a pain to pull off on the trail to remove axle shafts after blowing a front ring gear when they are all rusty. Ask me how I know.

Seems to have the most rust as opposed to any other part around it during removal.

As mentioned by others, every, fucking, time. I usually take a wire wheel to the inside of the knuckle as well to remove any dirt and rust that has built up in there as well as extra measure.
