I'll admit it, this was totally an impulse buy and one you can thank Rob from Quadratec for. Like so many of you, I get all their emailers and of course, enjoy watching their videos and when I saw their seat mounted flashlight holder, I knew I had to have one for both my Jeep JL Wrangler and JT Gladiator. In fact, way back in the day, I installed something very similar to it on all my JK Wranglers using a universal Mag light mount. In this short video, you'll get to see just how easy it is to install the Quadratec holder on a JL or JT, with just a 3mm allen wrench and if you have a JK, I'll even show you how you can make your own mount, just like I did and all for about $10.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Quadratec Flashlight Holder for a JL Wrangler/JT Gladiator
• 3mm Allen Wrench

Such a simple install. Easier than the JK one you did years. Kudos to Quadratec for that mount idea

Nice. I'll have to add it to the list. I see you're trying to increase the decibel levels off of your workshop table.

Like I said, they're a bit more in terms of cost but a whole lot easier to install. Kudos to Quadratec for sure.

:cheesy: Took a few tries but I think I finally got it :D

That's a pretty cool mounting solution. Kudos on upping your SoundFX game. I couldn't wait to hear what the "screwing" sound would be. 😅

that's a must buy, cheap, easy and useful :thumb:

It did make me snicker that you still had some room to slide the seat back... i'm hoping for a warm day to pull my seat and modify it so I can get more leg room

I have one on driver and passenger side . Sometimes I wish I had gone with more compact possibly brighter lights . These are always first I grab though for convenience and because they are right there

Thanks for posting this, I've been looking at mounting one myself but wasnt sure how to do it with the new seat frame. This is perfect!

Love it [emoji106]

Gotta love the things that just make sense and are so easy to insta :)

No finer club than a six cell.
Useful as a light also.

:cheesy: Indeed!! :D

Very cool. Very simple. Always a good idea to have a light source with you. This means no excuses.

Yup, always nice to have and without having to fumble around the glove box or center console to find one.
