2013 jk head unit

Has anyone ever had an issue with the head unit or a backup camera on the jk? I had just taken it out of reverse when the head unit gave me white lines, then blacked out. No audio output

Sorry for the late reply. I tried rebooting and it did nothing. I also took the hard drive out and plugged it up because it’s supposed to go in to emergency update mode. Got nothing, and put the original back in. May have had something to do with having my speaker wired for my subs wired into the hi level inputs, directly from the speaker wires. I put a hi/low level filter and rca converter on it, and along with killing most of the white noise, it has helped my state of mind.
