brakes Br6

Hi

Since I´m thinking about to go up in tire size to a 35" tire ( 305/70/18 ) I also have a question about brakes.

With my current tires ( 275/70/18 ) my break performance feels good. But how will that be with the bigger tires?

Also, since I´ve a export jk I´ve heard about bigger brakes called Br6. The rotor is bigger and the mounting holes on the calipers looks bit different. So I went out to check this and to my joy I actually saw that the rotors and calipers on my jk looks like the Br6 brake kit.

So, since the brakes already are somehow better on export jeeps, will they be strong enough for 35 inch tires?

Thanks

I don't know the differences on export jeeps, but stock brakes should be fine with 35" tires. You can always upgrade the rotors and pads if you think more braking is needed.

Your stock brake system should be fine for 35 inch tires [emoji106] 37 inch tires is when you should start looking at upgrading
